Clients using FloRA (Flowline Realty Assistant) agree to the following consent language as part of their signed service agreement before any SMS messages are sent:
"I consent to receive SMS notifications from FloRA (lead confirmations, daily digests). Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per day depending on lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. I may choose email-only delivery instead, with no reduction in service. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
This consent is collected in writing, directly from each client, as part of onboarding — before any SMS is sent. Clients may choose email-only delivery at any time with no loss of service. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
