1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Flowline AI Solutions ("Company," "we," "us"), including the Flowline Realty Assistant ("FloRA") and any related SMS, software, or automation services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services
Flowline AI Solutions provides AI-powered business automation tools for real estate professionals and related industries, including but not limited to lead intake processing, SMS-based conversational assistance, scheduling support, and daily activity digests. Services are provided on a client/subscription or pilot-agreement basis as separately arranged.

3. SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from FloRA related to your business use of the Services (e.g., lead confirmations, daily digests, operational alerts). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your business activity. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business or entity on whose behalf you use the Services.

5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to the Services, for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access, and for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable real estate, telecommunications, and data privacy laws.

6. Data and Privacy
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at stephandersonenterprises.com, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

7. No Professional Advice
The Services assist with administrative and operational automation. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or real estate brokerage advice. You remain solely responsible for professional decisions made in your business.

8. Service Availability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms (including but not limited to SMS carriers, hosting providers, or integrated software) outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowline AI Solutions and Steph Anderson Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any business reason, with or without notice. You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
